Here you will find a place that will give you the feeling of finally arriving, far away from home. In the midst of nature, you can relax and let your heart do somersaults while your head calms down. This is a place where your soul can unwind and your thoughts can slow down, where you can recharge your batteries and find real experiences in the midst of unspoilt nature.

Our philosophy is clear: simplicity and authenticity are our top priority. In our surroundings, you can expect historic sites, culture that you can touch and explore. Feel the authenticity of our region while cycling, hiking, mountaineering, climbing, kitesurfing or swimming in the lake in summer. In winter you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, ice kiting or ice skating and take endless walks or even wildlife watching while enjoying the beauty of nature being in the Stelvio National Parc.

Plasur is located in the border triangle of Switzerland, Austria and Italy and offers you the opportunity to explore medieval villages and the nearby historic town of Glurns. The Marienberg monastery with its treasures or the Carolingian frescoes in the St. Johann monastery in the Münstertal (CH), as well as the legendary Reschensee are not far away. If you want to plunge into the hustle and bustle of city life, Merano can be reached in around 50 minutes.

Our spacious holiday apartment in the style of the 70s offers families or groups of up to 9 people an ideal environment for peace and wonderful experiences in the middle of nature.

We provide bed linen, towels and tea towels . Linen is changed once a week for longer stays.

Flexible length of stay : We are not only bookable on a weekly basis! Stays of four nights or more are possible at any time on request and are ideal for weekend trips or short breaks.

Pets: only on request!

Arrival and departure conditions: Your apartment will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition by 10 a.m. If there is any broken crockery or other damage, please let us know immediately so that we can prepare everything to the satisfaction of the next guests. If you arrive later than 7 p.m., we would be happy to receive a brief message.

Cancellation conditions: Unfortunately, sometimes unexpected changes occur which lead to the cancellation of your long-awaited vacation.Our cancellation policy is as follows: free cancellation up to 60 days, from the 59th to the 30th day before arrival the deposit will be retained. From the 29th day to the 8th day we charge 40% of the agreed price of the stay. Within 7 days before arrival we unfortunately have to charge the entire amount. In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure we will also charge the entire amount.

Deposit: We require a deposit of 300€ to cover possible damage to the structure and/or losses (e.g. bed linen, towels, hangers, dishes) or additional cleaning costs in case of excessive dirt. The deposit is managed directly by us and will be refunded upon handover of the apartment.

Tourist tax: The fee per person aged 14 and over is € 2,50/day. The tourist tax is collected by us at the end of the stay and forwarded to the tourist association.

Prices: From 250€ per day for up to 4 people. For each additional person €30.00 per day up to 9 people in total. ( Tourist Tax and end cleaning included)In the low season we can offer a discount for occupancy with fewer people.
